SnowCrest CD v.5 MacOS X Install

Insert the CD-ROM into the Macintosh. In a few seconds an icon for the CD should appear on the desktop. Double-click it.

SnowCrest CD Root

Double-click the folder titled "OS X".

MacOS X Programs

The following programs are available on the CD:

• Mozilla
• Internet Explorer
• ZipIt
• Netscape 7
• Eudora
• Transmit
• Acrobat Reader

Double-click the folder of the program you wish to install.

Mozilla Folder

To install Mozilla, drag the folder titled "Mozilla" to the location you want it installed.

Install Internet Explorer

To install Internet Explorer, double-click the "Install Internet Explorer" icon.

Install Zipit Compression Software

To install ZipIt, drag the folder titled "ZipIt" to the location you want it installed.

Netscape 7 Folder

To install Netscape, drag the folder titled "Netscape" to the location you want it installed.

Install Eudora Email Client

To install Eudora, double-click the "Eudora 5.2 OSX" icon.

Install Transmit FTP Client

To install Transmit, drag the folder titled "Transmit" to the location you want it installed.

Install Adobe Acrobat

To install Acrobat Reader, double-click the "Acrobat Reader Installer" icon.
